What is Tindora?

Tindora is a U.S.-based instant grocery delivery app that connects you to nearby stores, delivering your daily essentials, fresh groceries, and household items in as little as 30 minutes.

Once you enter your ZIP code in the app or website, we show you available local stores. Add items to your cart, choose a delivery time, and track your order live — all from your phone.

We’re currently delivering across select U.S. cities and surrounding counties. Enter your ZIP code on our homepage or app to check availability in your area.

You can download Tindora from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Simply install, sign up, enter your delivery location, and start shopping.

Tindora offers fresh produce, dairy, snacks, beverages, frozen food, personal care, cleaning supplies, pet food, and more — all sourced from verified local stores near you.

Account & App Usage
How do I create an account on Tindora?

Open the app, tap Sign Up, and enter your email and set a new password. Once done, you can start shopping instantly.

No. For order tracking, refunds, and personalized service, you’ll need to create an account. It takes less than a minute.

Go to Profile > Addresses or Account Settings to edit saved addresses, phone numbers, or delivery instructions.

Tap “Forgot Password” on the login screen. We’ll send you a secure link via email to reset your password.

You can request account deletion by emailing privacy@tindora.com or through the in-app support chat.

Orders & Payments
How do I place an order?

Browse your favorite stores, add items to your cart, select delivery time, and pay securely at checkout. You’ll get real-time tracking once your order is placed.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and select debit/credit cards. Cash on delivery is currently not supported.

No, only one promo code can be applied per order. Discounts are visible at checkout if the code is valid.

Your payment may fail due to insufficient funds, incorrect details, or card restrictions. We recommend using an alternative method if the issue continues.

Go to Orders in the app to view past orders, delivery status, and billing receipts.

Delivery Information
How long does delivery take?

Most on-demand deliveries arrive within 30–45 minutes. You can also schedule your order for a later time slot.

We deliver between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM, including weekends and holidays (subject to store hours in your location).

Yes! At checkout, you can choose a preferred time slot that fits your schedule.

Yes. You’ll receive in-app notifications and SMS updates once your order is picked up and out for delivery.

If you’re unavailable and no contactless delivery instructions were provided, your order may be canceled, and a restocking fee may apply. Please ensure someone is available to receive perishables.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Can I cancel an order after placing it?

You can cancel your order in the app before it’s packed or dispatched. Once a rider is on the way, cancellation may not be possible.

Open the app, go to Orders > Report an Issue, and upload a photo or explanation. Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days.

If something is missing, please report it within 24 hours of delivery so we can issue a refund or arrange a redelivery.

Due to food safety guidelines, most groceries are non-returnable. However, we offer refunds or credits for damaged, expired, or incorrect items.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method or Tindora Wallet and usually reflect within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.

Substitutions & Item Availability
What happens if something I ordered is out of stock?

We’ll offer a substitute of a similar type and price during packing. You can choose your substitution preference at checkout.

Yes! You can choose from:

  • Accept similar items
  • Don’t substitute
  • Contact me before substituting

No. You’ll only be charged the same or a lower price unless you manually approve a costlier item during the substitution prompt.

Offers, Promo Codes & Wallet
Where can I find promo codes?

Promo codes are sent via email, in-app banners, or our social media channels. Be sure to enable notifications so you don’t miss them!

At checkout, tap “Apply Promo Code” and enter your valid coupon. The discount will be reflected before payment confirmation.

Tindora Wallet stores refund credits or promo balances, which can be used on your next purchase. Wallet credits are non-transferable and non-withdrawable.

No, only one promo or referral code can be used per order.

Vendor & Store Partnerships
How can my store partner with Tindora?

Visit our “Partner with Us” page to fill out the vendor inquiry form. Our team will reach out within 48 hours.

You’ll need:

  • A valid business license
  • Local health/safety compliance
  • Ability to fulfill same-day orders
  • Inventory or catalog to sync

Yes. We handle all logistics — including packaging, rider assignment, and real-time tracking — so you can focus on selling.

Delivery Partner Queries
How do I sign up as a Tindora Delivery Partner?

Fill out the application on our Careers page or email admin@iflexpro.com. We’ll guide you through the onboarding process.

You’ll need:

  • Government-issued ID
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Vehicle registration and insurance (if applicable)
  • Bank details for weekly payments

Delivery partners are paid weekly via direct deposit. You’ll earn per delivery plus bonuses during peak hours.

Safety, Hygiene & COVID Protocols
Is contactless delivery available?

Yes! You can request contactless delivery during checkout. Your order will be left safely at your door, and you’ll be notified.

All partner stores follow FDA food handling guidelines, and our delivery team is trained in hygiene best practices, including sanitized bags and masks.

While vaccination is encouraged, we do not mandate it. However, all delivery partners are trained in safe handling and customer interaction protocols.

Technical & App Support
The app isn’t loading properly — what should I do?

Try updating the app or restarting your device. If the issue persists, reach out to our support team.
