By accessing, downloading, or using Tindora, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.
1. Eligibility to Use the Services
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old, or at least 13 years old with parental or guardian consent
- Reside in a location where Tindora is legally permitted to operate
- Agree to these Terms and all applicable laws
We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you’ve violated our Terms or are engaging in harmful or unlawful conduct.
2. Description of Services
Tindora is a platform that allows users to:
- Browse and purchase groceries and household items from nearby partner stores
- Arrange on-demand or scheduled deliveries
- Track orders and communicate with support in real-time
- Post reviews, request refunds, and access personalized features
Tindora does not own or manufacture the products listed. We serve as a technology and logistics enabler between you and local stores.
3. Account Creation and Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate, up-to-date information
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
You agree not to:
- Use another person’s account without authorization
- Share your credentials with others
- Create multiple accounts to misuse services or promotions
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.
4. Orders, Pricing, and Availability
- Prices displayed may vary depending on location, store partner, availability, and time of day
- Tindora is not responsible for typographical errors in pricing or availability
- Some items may be substituted with equivalent products at your request or as per app preferences
- We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable or violates legal policies
All orders are subject to confirmation. A successful payment does not guarantee fulfillment in cases of store unavailability or fraud risk.
5. Payments and Billing
All payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers. By using our Services, you agree that:
- Your card or payment method may be pre-authorized for estimated totals
- Final billing may include delivery fees, taxes, service charges, or optional tips
- Promotional offers, referral credits, and discounts may have expiry dates or usage limits
Tindora does not store your card information. Payment disputes must be reported within 48 hours of the transaction.
6. Cancellations, Refunds, and Replacements
a. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are confirmed and packed. Cancellation options are shown in the app based on the order status.
b. Refunds
If you receive:
- A wrong item
- A damaged, spoiled, or expired product
- A missing item
You may request a refund or replacement within 24 hours through the app or by contacting support. Proof may be required.
c. Replacement Policy
If enabled, you may choose to auto-replace unavailable items with similar ones. You will not be charged more than the original item price unless approved.
7. Delivery Terms
- Deliveries are made to the address provided by the user at checkout
- It is your responsibility to be available to receive your order during the estimated delivery time
- If the delivery partner is unable to complete the delivery due to inaccessibility, absence, or unsafe conditions, the order may be canceled or marked as undeliverable
- Tindora is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or circumstances outside our control
Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees.
8. User Conduct
By using Tindora, you agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity
- Resell or redistribute Tindora products or services
- Harass, abuse, or threaten Tindora staff, delivery partners, or vendors
- Use automated scripts or bots to interfere with the app or platform
- Post false reviews or misleading content
- Violations may lead to account suspension, order cancellation, or legal action.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, software, and design elements on Tindora are the property of Tindora Inc. or its licensors and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or use any content without written permission
- Modify or reverse-engineer any part of our technology
- Use our branding without proper authorization
10. User-Generated Content
If you submit reviews, ratings, or feedback:
- You grant Tindora a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, or display that content
- You are responsible for ensuring your content is accurate and lawful
- Tindora reserves the right to remove content that violates its policies or is deemed inappropriate
11. Promotions and Referral Programs
Promotional codes, referral links, and loyalty credits are offered at our discretion and may be:
- Limited in quantity, duration, or geography
- Non-transferrable and non-refundable
- Subject to abuse monitoring and fraud detection
We reserve the right to revoke or modify offers at any time.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties
Tindora provides its Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee:
- Continuous availability or error-free functionality
- Accurate product information or pricing at all times
- That all items will be delivered on time or in perfect condition
- Use of the platform is at your sole risk.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tindora is not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Lost profits or loss of data
- Delays or delivery failures due to third parties or force majeure events
- Damages from the use or misuse of the app or services
- Total liability, if any, will be limited to the amount paid for the affected order.
